I just downloaded this software but my tv won't recognize it. i go to media play and Vuze is the only program that comes up on my TV but I want to use Mezzmo so I can pause and possibly FF. Can someone please help me? I've plugged in my wireless adaptor in both USB ports on the leftside of tv.
Can you please try turning your firewall off temporarily and see if Mezzmo comes up. Also, if you have UPnP enabled on your router - try disabling it. The wireless adaptor needs to go in USB1, from memory, to work properly. If nothing helps, please send a message to support (at) conceiva (dot) com and we'll sort it out in more detail.
I have the adaptor in USB1, turned off firewall and nothing. STill just says Vuze in my devices. I don't know what UpnP is, i don't see anything on my router with that name. Can you help with this?
