While testing Mezzmo and it will play .mkv files that it has transcoded but the audio is out of sync. I've tried tweaking the settings with no success. Please let me know if you have any advice.

Does the audio lose sync on only one file or on all/several? Would it be possible for you to send us that original file via a service like www.megaupload.com? If not, can you please post FFmpeg information on the file (in Mezzmo right-click on the file and use the "Get FFmpeg Information" command) so that we could try a similar file here to try.
Also, are you using the "Samsung B" device profile?
