Mezzmo locking up my TV

Hi, new to this group and brand new to Mezzmo, trying to find a replacement for Plex which has never worked very well to be honest. I had no problems setting up Mezzmo initially, added some folders with various content such as movies, TV series etc and installed the Mezzmo app on my smart TV. I can browse the server on my Windows 10 PC from the TV no problem, but as soon as I try to play anything, it will play, but locks up the controls on my fire stick, also I cant switch back to normal TV, I need to turn off the TV and then back on before the remote will work, weird!

Anyone come across this?

we have not had this reported before. Are you able to press the home button on the FireTV remote to leave the app or hold down the home button to leave the app?

Hi, once the video starts to play, no buttons work on the fire remote or the actual TV remote, except for the TV standbye button, this is really weird.

For the TV remote to stop responding is quite strange.

What device profile is your TV using in the Mezzmo Media Devices window ?
