Avermedia Device does not stream video files. Shows files as "Not Supported". Windows Media does stream these files without a problem.

Hi,
can you please try changing the device profile to "WD TV Live (Gen 1)" as this profile supports a range of different formats and this may be able to stream your file to the device. The Generic profile will transcode all formats to mpeg2video, so this may not be suitable for your device.
You can also try going to 'Transcoding Settings' in Mezzmo and check the box to turn off transcoding for all enabled devices to see if your file will play on the device.
