Problem capturing video from webpage - no sound card detected!!!!

Hello. I have DownloadStudio installed in a Dell Vostro 1710 computer. When I try to download a video from a webpage the PC shows a dialog: "No sound card or device that is capable of recording audio has been detected on your computer.
DownloadStudio Audio/video Capture will not be able to record audio.". My sound card is "Realtek High Definition Audio". The hardware ids are "HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0268&SUBSYS_10280275 &REV_1000" and "HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0268&SUBSYS_10280275 ".

Hi, it is possible that the Stereo Mix device is not enabled on your computer, please have a look at http://www.conceiva.com/products/dow...qs.asp#Capture and try following the steps to correct the problem.
