Library auto-refresh if folder change is detected

Hi,

this is useful feature which I noticed in Serviio DLNA server. There should be also an option to schedule refresh more than once a day.
But, autodetecting library folder changes is really nicely done in Serviio - please take a look at this :)

We have added folder refreshing into the upcoming Mezzmo v5.0 :).
