Anyone have thumbnails displaying for playlists... they show up for the movies in the playlists but not the playlist themselves?

That's probably a limitation of the Samsung TV's firmware. Mezzmo always delivers the playlist artwork to your device (unless you have the "Deliver folder artwork" checkbox turned off in the Device Settings dialog in Mezzmo for your device), but it is up to the device's firmware to display them or not. Not much we can do about it unfortunately :(
