Hello, I am trying to transcode an mkv (32 gb) file with burning subtitles and display on my home cinema - Sony BDV-n9200w. However, it fails.
Any suggestions?
Also, is it possible to view media library content by folders?
Thanks

When transcoding fails, go to the Transcoding pane and click on the 'Failed' text next to the file that was transcoding. This will display the FFmpeg output for the transcoding. Post the FFmpeg output here or email it to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
This is the fail log:

Try the 'Sony BDP, HT, SMP (2014 Models)' device profile.
Yes - in Mezzmo, select the "Videos" playlist in the tree in Mezzmo, and then click "Add To Library" -> "Add Folder". On the Folder Properties dialog, select your folder containing your videos and click OK to start mezzmo adding all folders, sub-folders and video files into your Mezzmo library. You can do the same for music files and photos.
If any problems or questions, just ask.
This indicates an access permissions problem where either Mezzmo.exe (the Mezzmo Windows application) or MezzmoMediaServer.exe (the Mezzmo server running as a Windows service under Local System account) cannot access your files on your NAS drive. Check your user accounts on your NAS drive and the permissions for folders on your NAS drive. For Mezzmo server, see this FAQ to fix this problem - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...r-home-network
Make sure that you are in Video mode on your Sony device when trying to list videos and play them. if you are in Music or Photos mode, then you will see this "No playable file in this category" message. If still a problem, then it could be a file permissions problem whereby Mezzmo server cannot access files on a NAS or external computer. See this FAQ to fix this - http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...r-home-network.
