Switching computers - Play To not showing

My old computer was Windows 8. I'm replacing it with a new computer that runs Windows 10. Currently both computers are on the same network. Both are running the latest Mezzmo. The Windows 8 computer that I've had for many years shows play to and an option for my TV. I don't even see a play to option on my new Windows 10 pro computer.

the Play To option is hidden in the Free version of Mezzmo, if you are a registered Mezzmo user you can use your serial number and license key to register Mezzmo on the Windows 10 computer by selecting to register from the Help menu.
