Not playing on Xbox 360

Happy New Year to all

Over Christmas I fully moved over from OS X to Windows, on OS X I was using a program called Mac X DVD Ripper, which has worked very well for me so I decided to use the Windows version Win X DVD Ripper

However doing this on Windows makes my Xbox 360 say the files are unplayable (used a generic MP4 setting on both)

Can you let me know if this shows anything strange, as I am sure this is just a setting issue when ripping (but the below doesn't mean too much to me so not sure what I might need to change)
