I am having problem playing MP4 files. My current profile is Sony,BDP,HT,SMP and my current version is 2.6.7.0, my bluray player is Sony BDP-S590. When I play MP4 files I get the message. The file is corrupt or not supported. The files play fine on my PC. Please help.

can you please post the FFmpeg information of one of the files by right-clicking the file in Mezzmo and selecting 'Get FFmpeg Information' then click 'Copy to Clipboard' and paste the contents into a reply to this post or send it to support [at] conceiva [dot] com. If you could also tell us whether you have transcoding turned on or off this will help to isolate the problem.
