I have the same problem than other users, I got the last version and the program started crashing, is impossible to watch a movie. I don't have problems with my internet connection. I can use Netflix from the same device and the streaming is working good.
I also tried uninstalling the program, downloading the last version from the page and got exactly the same error in all my devices.
I recorded the logs, where should I send you???.
Please upload the crash dump files to a filesharing site like Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc. and then email the download links to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
Have this been resolved? Same problem as above. Just want to know how to fix the issue.
