I have a Panasonic TX-P50G20. It only seems to be able to view pictures which have been reduced in size. Ones straight from my camera which are 3008 x 2000 cannot be viewed. Is there a patch to resolve this?
Thanks

Do you get any specific error from the TV? Please check that the photos are not progressive jpeg.
If you wish, please send one such photo to support and we'll test it here.
Dennis, thanks. I get the mess "Fine not supported". I am not sure how to check if it is a "progressive" jpeg. I have just emailed a sample jpeg for you to try.
Thanks
Thanks for the file - I'll get back to you via e-mail.
We just responded to you via e-mail as well. Panasonic Plasma/LCD TVs do not support progressive JPEGs. Make sure when you save your images that you do not choose progressive as the compression option. Check your image editor help for more information how to do this. We loaded your photo into an image editor (Adobe Photoshop) and saved it with no progressive compression and the photo displayed perfectly on our Panasonic TVs here.
