Sony BDP-S570 Device Profile?

Hello All,

I am brand new to streaming as I have just purchased the Sony BDP-S570. To cut to the chase, some of my video files work, some don't. I want to get my avi and mkv files to work right now. Neither are. I see in this forum this is a Sony BDP-S570 device file. Would that help me? Is it already loaded in the 2.1.11.0 trial version? Is it a configuration file I have to activate? Does someone have the Sony BDP-S570 with all the miscellaneous patches received from Conceiva that they could share?
