Sort of Basic question

I am setting up a new media server using Mezzmo v5. My old machine was on v4. I'm using a SiliconDust HDHomeRun as my tuner.

What I'm having problems with, pretty basic, getting the channels from the HDHomeRun to show up in a Mezzmo folder. With my old machine the different channels would show in lower right window, but although the tuner does display, no channels/files show.

What am I forgetting to do??

Hi Peter,

The Network Media pane should show the folders and files for your HDHomeRun. Please turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging). Exit Mezzmo (Windows) app and start it again. Use the Network Media pane to display your HDHomeRun again and try to browse its folders/files. When that fails, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo (Windows) app. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com for further analysis.
