Content rating skip to default country

That's a nice long list of content rating for lots of different countries you have there. One thing that would make it just a little quicker to apply would be to automatically skip to down the list to whichever country is selected under Tools > Options > Content Ratings. We're not all lucky enough to live in Australia ;)

And a dedupe option / index or filter to prevent duplicates occuring would also be good as the update didn't work first time and I had three of everything...
