Playing DVD - chapter advance issue

I am almost out of my free trial and am seriously considering buying Mezzmo, but this issue I'm having is a problem. I'm using a Samsung blu-ray BD-E5400 player to access Mezzmo on my Win 7 PC using a DLink DIR655 wireless router with Mezzmo 2.7.1.

When playing DVD's, when it advances to the next file (VTS_01_1 to VTS_01_2), subtitles will come on (annoying). Later, I was playing a movie (DVD-9), when it advanced to the 2nd file, the Directors Commentary came on - which made the movie kind of worthless.

How do you avoid these changes? TIA

Please download Mezzmo v3.0.1 and it includes our new DVD + DVD ISO streaming features. In this new version of Mezzmo, it finds all the complete videos on your DVD (not just each VOB) and lists them for streaming. If you need any help, let us know.
