My Samsung player doesn't show thumbnails for movies at all.
How do I determine which profile to use for a BD-HM59C?
I'd suggest using 'Samsung BDP (2013 models)' or 'Samsung BDP'.
If no better, then do you see artwork for movies using any other media server? If no, then it may be a limitation of the BDP's firmware (i.e. not show artwork for video files). If you do see artwork using another media server, then email us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com and we can get Mezzmo working as well.
