PBO Core streaming issue

Could not find this issue in previous threads. Have Mezzmo Pro and trying to stream to a PBO Core. The files are VOB files in video_ts folder. Very unusual problem. In Mezzmo library some video_ts folders show multiple "titles". Sometimes this is because there are multiple episodes (like a tv series). Other times it is because there are "extras" along with the main movie. When browsing through the PBO it will always show all the main movie folders, as expected, but then when I open one of the folders with multiple titles nothing is displayed (no video to play).

However in Mezzmo library I have other video_ts folders where there is only one "title". Navigating to these folders in PBO does show the video and it plays just fine.

Transcode setting in the device settings has no effect. Changing from PBO Core profile to generic profile has no effect. The only thing that seems to matter is how many "titles" the Mezzmo Library shows on my server. If there is only one title then PBO works fine. If there is more than 1 title then PBO shows an empty folder. This only seems to be for standard video_ts/VOB files. I have other folders with multiple M2TS, AVI, or MKV files and PBO displays/plays those just fine.

Mezzmo detects a ripped DVD folder and tries to read the nfo of the DVD to find the main title or in the case of a series the episodes. If there is a problem reading the nfo then no titles will be shown. I do not think that is what I'm describing. Mezzmo is finding the nfo and is showing nfo in the Mezzmo program on my PC. The problem is occurring when using my Patriot Box Office streaming device. It will show all folders but will not show the actual video file(s) when there is more than one title in the folder. I also have a Roku and there is no problem with that device. On a possibly related note, my 2013-14 Samsung TV shows empty folders for all videos. I was able to install the Mezzmo app on the TV but that did not help. I have also used Serviio in the past and it worked just fine with all my devices but I like Mezzmo feature set and business model better.

Possibly it is a permissions issue? Are you using parental controls? If you enable diagnostic logging http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?id=using_logging&s[]=diagnostic then after restarting your Mezzmo media server try browsing the folder on the device and then send the logs to support [at] conceiva [dot] com so we can investigate further.
