Samsung UE55ES7000 Not Plaing MKV And Random AVI'S

Samsung UE55ES7000 Mezzmo 2.7.1.0 And Profile Samsung E
Hi i cant get some avi's to play and none of the mkv's play but it shows the thumbnail bit then it says not supported.
But i also have a samsung ue40c7000 in the bedroom and all works fine on there mkv avi the lot can you help

Please post the FFmpeg information for one of the AVI and MKV files that do not play. To do this, right-click on the file in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.
