I hope you can make Passtrough on Android APP (Amazon Fire TV) I miss my DTS and DD very much

As a suggestion, have you considered sideloading Kodi onto your FireTV and then using the Mezzmo Add-On for Kodi. It will browse just like you have Mezzmo setup and you can set it to passthrough with the audio.

I have my FireTV set up this way. When the kids are casually watching, they just jump into Mezzmo and let the audio get downsampled for regular playback and they don't notice the difference. When I want the theater affect I boot up Kodi and do it that way.
