What is the best way of downloading from a website..

I am trying to download from a website which requires me to login. I installed the mozilla addon which was provided.
Once I log in to the website it gives me an option to click on links which then opens a new mozilla browser and the content plays in a flash player in the new window. I dont see any toolbars or any option to click on the screen to enable capturing of the video.

What are my options to donwload video and audio from this site ?

Hi Tinku,

The best option here is to use the DownloadStudio URL sniffer application to find the url of the video. Once you have what looks like the url to the video, select it in URL sniffer and click download.

I tried using the URL sniffer, it did pick up a swf file, which I downloaded and saved. On running the swf I found out that it wasnt the complete flash file, somehow the url sniffer doesnt pick up the subsequent flash files run within the original swf (which the sniffer was able to download).
