Spaces in filenames prevents download

Hi,
I'm trying to download from an http site that contains .pdf files, with spaces in the filename (for example "file name.pdf" ). The download fails (for filenames with spaces in them). Looking at the "job files" log it seems that Download Studio replaces each space with the string %2520, so for the example above it tries to download "file%2520name.pdf", which fails.

Is there any way to fix this behaviour?

The url you are trying to download contains characters that DownloadStudio needs to escape before downloading, spaces are changed to %20.

I have done some quick testing with the current version and have not been able to reproduce the issue.

Are you able to supply a bit more information.

1) What version of DownloadStudio are you using?
2) What sort of job are you downloading, single file or web site download?
3) What is the url you are trying to download? If not appropriate to post the url here, please send it to our support email address support [-at-] conceiva.com.
