I have a trial subscription to MEZZMO and a DENON AVR-3312CI. When I attempt to play my itunes I get "format error" message on my AVR. SOLUTION?
It could be that some of your purchased iTunes music files are protected and have DRM (digital rights management). Can you post the FFmpeg information for one of the files that does not play? To do this, right-click on the file in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Post the FFmpeg information here or send us an email at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.
