Vob file structure not working

I have a few DVDs that I have ripped in VOB file structure. They all work when played through Media Centre, and some come in as a Gapless file in Mezzmo, but some dont'... Some show all the individual files and don't allow them to be created into a gapless file, others don't show the main movie... There are also some that show 1 movie and 1 file for all the extras

Once Mezzmo has picked up the files, is there any way to configure it to be just the movie files in a gapless and ignore the other files?
