Hi,
the current version of Mezzmo supports importing m3u playlist files. Mezzmo will add the imported files to the Mezzmo library and if you choose to create a playlist using the m3u file a new referenced playlist will be created in your Mezzmo library containing the files. URLs are not currently supported but will be supported in Mezzmo 5.0.
