Sony S390 and S590 Not Working With Sony BPD, HT, SMP

I am running 2.6.6...Trying to run the above profile without transcoding. Only success was running Sony BPD (PAL/NTSC, MKV, No DivX) with transcoding.

I understand that both models should be able to run mkv without transcoding. I also have a Panasonic DMP-BDT500 running Panasonic BDP with transcode on.

All three units should be able to run without transcoding. Please help.

Please send us a set of logs and we'll look into the problem. Turn on logging (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Using the 'Sony BPD, HT, SMP' device profile, try streaming your MKV files and when they fail, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and send them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. Also send us the FFmpeg information on one of the MKV files that does not play. To do this, right-click on the MKV file in Mezzmo and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'.
