Mezzmo not recognising MKV files and won't play on Panasonic Viera

Hello,

I have not changed anything with my computer of TV, EXCEPT purchasing an Xbox 360.

All MKV files in Mezzmo server on the TV are now showing up as WMV and will not play. Message = "File not supported"

The only other anomaly I have noticed is that "Mezzmo" under Media Server on the TV now shows as "Mezzmo : 1"

Does anyone know why this has happened and what the fix is please?

Hi Alistair,

Check the device profile assigned to your TV in the Media Devices dialog in Mezzmo. It should be one of the "Panasonic Viera" device profiles. Let us know what it is.
