Well, I decided to get a little breathing room on the cpu and switched to an i5 760 (true quad core) 2.8 with boost up to 3.8. I'm not sure if it's coinsidence or not but now all of my audio skips at the tv?

Can you please turn on logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) then try playing one of those files on the TV and once it skips, stop the server and send us the logs to support (at) conceiva (dot) com and we'll take a look.
