I am evaluating Mezzmo and so far I love it. It plays my .iso library perfectly. I was just wondering if there is a way to remove the .iso from showing when browsing the folders from the player in my case a WD TV LIVE?

There's no way in the current version of Mezzmo. We'll consider it for a future version.
Rather than browsing directly using your folders, you can also browse your ISO videos via the 'All Videos' playlist, 'or Recently Added' playlist or you can create your own playlists. This will not show the .ISO folder/playlist.
