Issues with Linked Playlists

I have an issue with Linked Playlists. When I create the playlist in MS Media Player, all files are there; link to Mezzmo, all files there; when I try to play on Samsung C6500, only a small number of the files appear. Sometimes it errors with database errors presenting themselves. Smart playlists play in their entirity. There appears to be an issue with Linked playlists. I hate to have to recreate these manually in Mezzmo. I would love to be able to do Smart playlists using multi-keys as well. This would elimnate need for Linked Playlists.

Can you please send one of those playlists to support (at) conceiva (dot) com so that we could check what's happening and if we're importing it correctly? Do you have transcoding turned on or off for the device?
