Sony BDP -S5200
Just got one of these to replace my BDP-S570 & the first thing I did was make sure the firmware is up to date. Set it up using the "BDP, HTS" profile & some files would play while others wouldn`t. Then changed the profile to "BDP, HTS 2014" profile & all worked fine. Following day I ran the player up & its now seeing the Divx files as MPEG & is now saying "unsupported or corrupted file" on files that played fine previously. As far as I`m aware, nothing has changed in the player. I removed the player from the devices & refreshed it. Mezzmo detected it and assigned the "Sony STR" profile so I thought I would try that but its still giving the "unsupported or corrupted file" error. I have tried pushing the files to the player & its giving a "501" file error.

I suggest you go back to the 'Sony BDP, HT, SMP (2014 models)' device profile. Next, turn on logging in Mezzmo (see http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) and restart your Mezzmo server. Connect to Mezzmo from your BDP and try to play a few files. When that fails, stop your Mezzmo server and exit Mezzmo. Zip up all the logs and email them to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com for analysis.

Hi Roadwart,
Just replied to your last email but it was rejected by your email server.
Please right-click on the AVI file that you are trying to stream and click 'Get FFmpeg Information'. Email this information to us at support [at] conceiva [dot] com.

Hi Paul,
Strange it did that as the first email got through fine. I`ll fire off the FFmpeg info right now .

I have sent the info from 3 files that did play & now won`t. I`ve also included the info from a file that DOES play for comparison
