Auto Update

This is a question about a problem with auto update.

I get the pop-up (or I select search for updates) and the option comes up with install. I hit install but nothing happens. I close the box and retry and still nothing happens.

If I try and do a manual download from your web page the only version of Mezzmo available is 4.???

The version I am working with is 4.1.3.48.....please advise on how to update to version 5.???? I am a licensed user.
