automatic time limiting on/off

Hi i would like to see a automatic time limit. By this i mean set the device to be able to use the server at 10:30am and at 8:00pm stop the device from accessing the server must also kill the stream if there is one. i ask because i have children that do not turn off the tvs at there bed time and i have to keep checking. Now i know there is a fuction that limits the age rating at times but i need it as i said above on/off :) id love to see this it would make my live so much easier. :)
