Hello there,
I'm using the trial version of Mezzmo and it really fits all my needs, I have a question for you: is it possible to create a Smart Playlist to show items not seen by device?
It would be really useful for me!
Thanks!

Hello there,

Glad you like Mezzmo so far :). You can create smart playlists that list files by almost any attribute for the file, so hopefully you can list them as you wish. Sorry - I am not sure what you mean about "not seen by device". What is the reason that some files are not seen on your device? It is due to a content rating restriction you have applied in the Device Settings dialog? If it helps, take a screenshot and that may help.
You may also check the drives permissions. I just spent the weekend wondering why Smart and Active playlists would not list certain folders. Seems random folders on the the drives (6) had, for whatever reason, been set to deny access to the user (ME!). I found this out by accident, because when moving files I had to keep accepting admin privileges. Good Luck and Enjoy
Some good tips. Thanks for sharing this!
Sorry for my really late response :)
Maybe I didn't explain well, so I'll give another try and sorry for my english.
I was referring to smart playlist, where it gives you the opportunity to create a playlist with movie that has not been seen, I attach a screenshot Attachment 986
My question is: is it possible to create a playlist that show only the movie not seen by a particular device e not all the devices connected to the net?
Thanks!!!
I agree, surely it's not possible.
Maybe this can be a nice feature for the next release :D
Mezzmo does not currently track play count by device so it is not possible to create a playlist for a device where the file has not been played on that device. We will add this as a feature request to our todo list and may implement it in a future version.
