You have an old version of the DownloadStudio extension installed. Uninstall the DownloadStudio extension from Chrome. Make sure you have the latest version of DownloadStudio installed (v9.0.3.0 - get it from our web site www.downloadstudio.com) and then install the extension back into Chrome. Go to the Options dialog (Browser Integration page) in DownloadStudio & follow the steps there to do this.

I've just bought it from bitsdujour, installed the latest v9.0.3.0 and followed the steps from it.

The ChromeExtension.crx here from \Conceiva\DownloadStudio\Chrome is the same as described.

Where can I download the latest Chrome extension?

Ok uninstalled, rebooted.

Hi,
Sorry, there was a little confusion over the version of the chrome extension because we had sent out a new version to a user to fix an issue with facebook. The version you have is correct for the installer.

The problem is caused by the scriptable plugin for DownloadStudio being disabled in chrome, please to go chrome://plugins and find ‘DownloadStudio – Version: 9, 0, 3, 0’ and enable this plugin and this should resolve the problem.

Being waiting for months the fix, the support did not reply my late messages.

Now Chrome has bumped to version 35.0.1916.153 m and the crx from the devs still is still not working.

Awful experience, I regret buying a license.
