Populating media files database

Hi all,
I'm kinda at early stages of getting trial Mezzmo up and running - before getting networked I've already "seemingly" run into a problem.. when I attempt to update my mp3 library the entire program and my PC lockup at 1.3% done in all instances, I've tried this with v2.4.3 and 2.4.4 Any ideas anyone please?

Perhaps one of the files is causing a problem - please enable logging (see this thread: http://forum.conceiva.com/showthread...nostic-logging) then try updating the library again (which options are you using in maintenance?) and once it locks up, shut down Mezzmo and send the logs to support.
