most thumbnails not showing

I have my entire library in MP4 format so that it works on my iPad. All of the videos are in MP4 and all music in MP3, ever single file has the ID3 tag filled in including the art work yet when I load Mezzmo I would say that about 1 in 10 files has the artwork the rest do not.

Am I doing something wrong or does this section of the software simply not work?

It should be working. Can you please send one of your MP3 files that doesn't show artwork to support (at) conceiva (dot) com and we'll check it out.
