OK in the time it took me to write that its finally figued out theres nothing wrong with the file. Something happened/was triggered whatever. Maybe refresh doesnt trigger this "check the file"...

Ive got a video file that mezzmo has decided is invalid. No idea why it plays just fine in VLC.

Its not finding any metadata for movies either now - not for me at least.

Ive lost count of the number of times ive managed to click Export Metadata when trying to click on Properties.
(Ive likely got metadata lying all over my media library as a result)

Trying to get thru a backlog of things to watch so I thought I would sort by file date so I can watch oldest first.

I have an Active Playlist with a smart filter. It shows me unplayed episodes of some tv series on which Ive added a keyword.
The Heirarchy is configured as
Album/Series
+Disc/Season

I am running a mezzmo server and 2 clients. 1 is kodi based the other amazon fire.

Periodically I reset the progress of certain shows as I have a few playlists that try to give me unplayed shows....

If make changes to any meta data on items in the database manually it seems to take mezzmo a while to pick them up. To force an update I can do a maintain on a specific folder - but theres no option...

But it will remove an existing tag.
So:
tag file 1 Homer
tag file 2 Marge
highlight 1 and 2 and try to ADD Bart so you would end up with
file 1 Homer, Bart
file 2 Marge, Bart
but you dont....

Problem there is I dont necessarily know which it already has.
Also they may differ, so one file might be tagged only Homer, one might be tagged only Bart and I want to add Marge.
