Yeah, makes sense, but the original file name is Hacksaw.Ridge.2016.2160p.UHD. And from that it makes it a tv show with episode number 216 (extracted from the 2160p probably).
Can it be that there...
I reproduced your situation; created a file 'hacksaw.ridge.mp4' from another file with the box unchecked in the option. Restarted Mezzmo, accessed the folder and it automatically found the file and...
Hi Peter,
I do have this setting enabled, I have the default settings: 1074
It was the first thing I tried to edit when I first noticed the problem. Tried all different combinations, but no...

Hi,
Does Mezzmo recognize your subtitles for the video file? Check in Mezzmo's library: search your file, right-click, Properties, Subtitles-tab. Maybe your filename is not recognized and you have...
I think Mezzmo supports subtitles for all tv's, if the tv supports external subs itself. It might be that the device profile doesn't exactly match your tv's specifications, but you can overrule them...
Thanks a bunch Paul, that helped me a lot. It works now, unchecking the Streaming and Embedded boxes worked: it's streaming/transcoding with the proper Chinese characters. (Still don't know why it...
Hi there,
Thanks, Paul. That helped me for some of my files. Though I have another question about subtitles. I'm trying to stream Chinese subtitles to my Samsung D tv, but it's not working...
