In the logs I see that the transcoder has to do a lot of guessing. So I think something is not supported by FFmpeg.

I downloaded and installed the Mezzmo trial 2.1.6.0
I have a MKV x264 video on my PC that I would like to see on my Playstation 3.
I am able to play the video on my PC in Windows Media Player....
