I don't recall exactly what profile it has, however i know that the profile was "generated" automatically, I didn't choose one for the tv.

but , just to clear me out, external subtitles...

that's strange.. because i already could see mkv files with srt subtitles from disk to tv without mezzmo
i just tried this one after doing the maintain library:

All the files run... it's just the subtitles that (some of them) appear "Doesn't exist"

I just read this part now. Some of the files i mentioned may not be "maintained" already... but some are.
However if you could please take a look at the information of the files tell me if there is...

I compiled some information to share with you, so you may help me finding what can cause the issue, or what i'm doing wrong.

Regarding the subtitles, my tv suports those types of subtitles.. but there are some movies that it doesn't recognize them...

how does transcoding work?

does mezzmo transcode the file automatically if tv doesn't recognize it? or it must be done manually before watching the file?

Hi, i found what was "blocking" mezzmo... my antivirus was working as a second firewall. i disabled that firewall and it works fine now.

ps: answering to your question, mezzmo was only installed...
