Say I had the first three things, how would I go about getting my mezzmo app on my smartphone to connect to my home network while I am out of the network?

I have tried giving system permissions and when I try to play any file from my Mezzmo server on my mezzmo app, its still says "Unable to play file".

Do you have any other clues as to why this...
