had as system fail and lost verything I bought the software but cant find anywere how to get my passward back and activate there software again help please....

I have still got it on my pc I just have to do it another way instead off just my list of films like A B C D ect.

I got your email and did wot you said and it didn't work. I also removed the program and deleted the harry potter films and reinstalled the program and it still does not work it still says connection...

its a wired connection to the tv plus it were working fine a few days ago and I aint changed anything it just started to happen.

my connection keeps droping after scrolling down my list of movies I cant get past letter F cant go any further then F on Panasonic Viera 3D TX-L37ET5B using 2011 profile.

thanks for reply im gonna stay with 2011 profile.

I have just tried the 2012 profile and its not as good as the 2011 I were using. it seem to be transcoding every thing to mkv and the 2011 did it to mpeg-ts and did it faster.
