Is it possible to run more than one DLNA server program on the same computer? I normally use Mezzmo for everything, but am thinking of installing Plex to run with an Amazon Echo device.
Thanks.

Yes it is possible to run more than one server as long as the port used is different. By default Mezzmo and Plex use different ports so there should be no problem.
