  1. #1

    Default wrong aspect ratio

playing movies from mezzmo on a panasonic TXP50G20 the picture is filling the whole screen which gives a 'stretched' effect, i would prefer to have the black bars at the top and bottom but how can i fix this?

ive tried changing the aspect ratio from the tv but it wont change.

    Hi,
I have just installed the trial version of you product for use with Panasonic Viera (TXP42GE) and the majority of video files played through Mezzmo has different aspect ratio than the original file (Mezzmo in preview panel shows correct ratio). Just wonder if you have managed to fix this issue?

Please try the available patch and see if it'll help (if you haven't already). Send a message to support (at) conceiva (dot) com to get it.

    Hi,
Just tried the patch. It does not work unfortunately.
Mezzmo scales the video to fill the tv screen - the issue is mainly with
    mkv and wmv files.

We'll need the logs using the patch to see what's happening. Delete your transcoded files, clear out the logs, try playing one that shows up incorrectly and send in the logs to support again. Thanks!
