Mezzmo to tv problem

hi, Ive just bought an LG Nanocell 65inch smart tv and am now having problems right clicking and "playing to tv".
Each file i use will start to play on the tv but after about 10-15 minutes it stops and the tv tells me that "this file is not compatible".
This happens on mp4, mkv and avi files which all worked fine on my last tv which was a 55 inch smart LG.
Also at the time this happens, mezzmo will not let me change the file and i therefore have to close it down and start again.
My internet to the tv is hard wired and there have been no breaks in the connection.
Please can anyone help with this.

I have now re- transcoded all files for my tv and it still does the same thing. Plays for 15 mins then goes off.
