hi, can anyone say my good Player for Windows and Mac os X? They shout master AC3 5.1 sound over HDMI and AC3 5.1 Audio-Track over Mezzmo of course.

My suggestion would be Kodi along with the Mezzmo addon. It will do what you want plus more.
