Default Mezzmo Android Trial server does not want to play any files on TV

    Good day!

    Mezzmo Android Trial
    TV LG47LA790
    Redmi Note 7 Pro

Mezzmo does not want to play video files, audio files or image files.
The TV says that the file format is not supported.
That being said, Mezzmo for Windows works well!!!

    What to do?

If you are using the app as a controller and sending files from the Mezzmo server on your PC can you please enable diagnostic logging http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?id=using_logging&s[]=diagnostic then try playing a file using the android app on the TV and after it fails to play send us the logs. If you are trying to play files from your local server in the android app to the TV then it could be a problem with the file format as the android app does not transcode so you will need to copy these files to the PC then stream them with the Mezzmo server on the PC.

Mezzmo Android: Install it on your tablet, smartphone, Android TV or Amazon Fire to browse and stream files from your Mezzmo library to all your devices. Full details at http://www.conceiva.com/products/mez...mo_android.asp
Mezzmo for Kodi Add-on: Install it into Kodi to stream files from your Mezzmo library directly in Kodi. Full details at http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?...odi_user_guide
Mezzmo for Roku App: Install it onto your Roku to stream files from your Mezzmo library. Full details at http://www.mezzmo.com/wiki/doku.php?...oku_user_guide

If you go to settings in the app there is an entry for View Logs which will enable you to add it to an email. You will need to enable logging first then exit and re-launch the app and reproduce the problem.

The phone cannot attach a file to an email. I cannot find the log file on my phone. Where is this file on the phone?
