Default Some files not showing up on DLNA player

Every so often I come across some files that Mezzmo isn't serving to my DNLA device and when double clicked in Mezzmo are flagged as Invalid.
Today I noticed that if I removed the apostrophe in the file names they worked with no problems.
Is this a thing? Is there a patch or work-around besides renaming any offending files.
If its a thing, then are there other characters I need to watch for?

I am using Mezzmo Pro 6.0.6.

That sounds like an issue with your DLNA device. What type of device is it ? I use the Mezzmo Kodi, Mezzmo Android and Mezzmo web interfaces and they all support apostrophe characters.
